Can I commission bespoke garments? Yes we can produce bespoke clothing, to have an exploratory conversation about this please email info@codedcloth.com
What method of payment is accepted? All major credit cards and Apple pay.
What are the shipping options? We use Royal Mail for Shipping and there are 3 options:
· UK Special Delivery
· Europe
· Rest of the world (Royal Mail World Zones 1-3)

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments? International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. These fees can be estimated and pre-paid during checkout to avoid clearance issues on import. Should you need more information before purchasing please contact info@codedcloth.com
Do you cover lost or stolen packages? We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info@codedcloth.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
What is your returns policy for domestic shipments? Unworn and unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged for e-store credit within 14 days of delivery.
How do I process a return? In the event you need to process a return, please email info@codedcloth.com
How can I track my order? Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number.
What is your Returns Policy? If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.
All items are exchangeable for e-store credit only. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be given an e-store credit of the same price as the returned garment. E-store credits are valid for five years from the date they were issued. We currently do not make exchanges. You will have to go through the returns process and order a new product afterwards. To return an item, please email info@codedcloth.com and include:
1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
2. Name on the order.
3. Email address on the order.
4. Your request.
If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect please email info@codedcloth.com and include:
1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
2. Name on the order.
3. Email address on the order.
4. Your request.
5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.
Please take pictures on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return and eliminate errors in the future.
Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Disclaimer All fabrics used in these garments have been carefully selected for their beauty, quality, durability and high state of preservation. Please be mindful that vintage fabrics, especially hand embroidered textiles, however flawless on the ‘right’ side often come with un-trimmed threads or finishing knots on the ‘wrong’ side. Please view these idiosyncrasies as a mark of individuality, rather than as a flaw.
